Around here it's all about the trees, the fruit and where our land sits in the Yakima Valley. Add to that a naturally curious farmer on a quest for that unique blend of cider apples to make the magic you ill find in every glass. Flavor Profile: Semi-Dry. Tasting Notes: When we infuse our crisp apple cider with the tartness of apricot, the apple notes play a supporting role and let the tartness of the apricots shine. You will taste both dry and fresh apricot.
