      This flavorful mix of Hatch green chiles, garlic and lime will give a true Southwest flavor to any cut of meat. Speaking of meat, did you know that Stubb referred to chicken as "bird"? For a Southwest twist on grilled chicken, marinate your bird overnight in a ½ bottle of our Hatch Green Chile Anytime Sauce. Non-GMO project verified and no high fructose corn syrup. New Mexico held a very special place in Stubb's heart. Every year, Stubb went there to spend the holidays with his musician friends and developed a love for the local food, including green chiles. Stubb couldn't stay away from the excellent food, music and friendship he fostered in the state. He incorporated the great feelings and love he felt there in his passion for this legendary flavor.

      Ingredients

      Water, Green Chile, Hatch Green Chile, Pineapple Juice, Salt, Brown Sugar, Jalapeno Powder, Natural Flavorings, Lime Juice, Vinegar, Corn Starch, Natural Spices, Xanthan Gum.

      Directions

      Shake before you pour it. Marinate any cut for an hour—longer for more flavor. Baste with fresh marinade as you grill or bake.
