Your safety always comes first. If you experience an issue related to your shopper, food safety, personal injury, or property damage, you can report it directly on the Instacart app or website. 

Our Trust & Safety team investigates all reports and will reach out to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

To report a safety incident— 

  1. Select Get help on the relevant order 
  2. Select Report safety issue under Other issues
  3. Select the issue(s) you experienced and provide any additional information
  4. Select Submit
