How The Wine Shop works
Choose your 3, 6, or 12 pack option through the Instacart platform and place your order which will be shipped via FedEx (you will receive an email with tracking information from FedEx). Please note that the FedEx delivery person is required to check a valid ID upon delivery. The customer, or someone of legal age, must be present for the shipment to be delivered. The FedEx delivery requires the signature of someone 21 or older.
FedEx delivery occurs 7 days a week, from 9am-8pm, with limited delivery on the weekends. In most cases, FedEx will attempt to deliver your package three times before returning it to the shipper. When a FedEx courier is unable to deliver the package, the driver will leave a tag on the door informing customers of the Air Waybill number and the next delivery attempt. Customers can also contact FedEx Customer Service at 800 FedEx at 800-463-3339 to specify an available date and time for delivery. You can also request FedEx to hold their shipment at any FedEx Service Centers for a self-pickup (click here to view a list of centers). FedEx can hold shipments at an official FedEx location for 5 days.

- Select Notifications
- The FedEx tracking number is displayed on the Notifications page that appears
Please note, Instacart doesn’t reschedule The Wine Shop orders because FedEx handles the delivery. Instacart doesn’t control FedEx shipping. Contact FedEx Customer Service at (800) 463-3339 for rescheduling questions or concerns.
